ALFA PIZZA AL METRO
For about 20 years now, it has made a mark on both Italian and foreign markets, mainly because it can be used to cook on a large scale. It is the traditional wood-fired or gas-fired oven of higher performance: it can cook up to 300 pizzas an hour.
It is also available in a gas version with 34 kW double flame burner and electronic control unit.
The mouth of the oven is 70 cm wide and allows you to use big trays or cook pizza by the metre.
The oven is made of modular refractory blocks and is, therefore, easy to assemble, and it guarantees higher performance and lower consumption than conventional brick ovens.
The spherical dome gently conveys the flames towards the chimney flue after the cooking floor has been well irradiated.
The parts that make up the floor are smooth and shaped, and are easy to replace.
