The Story
After over five years of research and development, we’re proud to introduce our new Modular Brick Wood-Fired Ovens — a revolutionary upgrade to traditional brick oven construction.
Forget the hassle of building a brick oven brick-by-brick, and say goodbye to costly tradesmen. We’ve created a smarter, more efficient system that combines premium materials with a user-friendly modular design — delivering the ultimate cooking experience.
Available in three generous sizes:
- 850mm (Fits 3 pizzas)
- 1050mm (Fits 5 pizzas)
- 1300mm “The Granddaddy” (Fits up to 10 pizzas)
Every detail is designed with performance in mind:
- Angled floor tiles to prevent pizza tools from catching
- Absolutely no cutting of any bricks
- Thick, waterproof underfloor insulation
- 40mm stainless steel, double-insulated door
- 100mm thick granite entry with optional extended landing
- Larger 200mm flue exhaust for superior ventilation
- Two stunning design options: Traditional Brick Front or Sleek Stainless Steel Modern Front

But these ovens aren’t just easy to assemble — they’re built to perform. With a 115mm thick firebrick chamber, they retain and slowly release heat for up to 3–4 days. Whether you’re a pizza lover, artisan baker, or a low-and-slow BBQ or smoking enthusiast, this oven delivers consistent, professional-grade results every time.
